Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. If someone else accesses your account because you shared your credentials, you are liable for any losses or actions taken on the profile.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately. We can lock the account while we investigate the issue.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Rules
All transactions on Playinmatch are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We support local payment methods like UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets.
You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed. If you deposit money from a friend’s or relative’s bank account, we will reject the withdrawal and may close the account to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. We cannot process payouts until your identity and address are confirmed. You can only withdraw funds to the same bank account or UPI ID used for your initial deposit.
Playinmatch is a gaming and entertainment platform, not a bank. You must wager your deposited funds before requesting a withdrawal. Using the site simply to transfer money between accounts is prohibited.
Bonuses and Promotions
We offer bonuses to enhance your experience. Every promotion comes with specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games.
Read the rules attached to each offer before you claim it. You can only have one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same welcome offer across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
We want a fair environment for every user. The following actions are strictly banned:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform.

- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or sports markets.
- Placing bets on both sides of an event just to clear a bonus wager.
If our security team detects any of these activities, we will void the related bets, confiscate the winnings, and permanently close the account.
Platform Availability and Technical Errors
We work hard to keep the site running smoothly. But technical issues, server maintenance, or internet outages can happen. Playinmatch is not liable for downtime or delayed page loads caused by your internet service provider or device.
If a game or sports event is interrupted by a technical glitch on our end, the round is usually voided and your stake is returned. We review these cases individually to ensure a fair outcome.
Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or act abusively toward our support staff.
You can also close your account at any time. Just contact support. We will process your final withdrawal and close the profile. If you want to take a break without closing the account permanently, use the self-exclusion tools in your dashboard.
Limitation of Liability
Playinmatch provides the platform “as is.” We do not guarantee that the site will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss resulting from your use of the site. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of real money currently in your Playinmatch account balance.
Privacy and Data Protection

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
